Job Summary
We have an opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join our client within our Responsive Maintenance division covering various contracts. The successful candidate will provide strong functional leadership, management, governance and excellence for all commercial activities pre and post-contract across a portfolio of programmes. The role specifically covers both work, winning and the operational delivery of projects.
Duties
Develop and implement commercial strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring accurate financial reporting and adherence to cost control measures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers and clients to secure favourable terms and conditions.
Conduct regular performance reviews to assess the effectiveness of commercial initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
Provide leadership and guidance to the commercial team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Strong analytical skills with a focus on cost control and financial management.
Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Proven experience in developing successful commercial strategies in a competitive environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
